It’s no secret that spending any part of the winter holidays at Walt Disney World is a magical experience on the Christmas list of many around the globe. Though it’s true that pixie dust flies year round at one of the happiest places on Earth, something extra magical and spectacular happens around the holidays at this vacation spot.
For those of you who have been following along, you are well aware that my mom and I just took a trip to Walt Disney World this past May and we had the greatest time together. I know that seems hard to believe considering that came from a teenager and what teenager enjoys spending time alone with his / her parents, right? Since it was just the two of us this time around, my son wanted to give me my royal breakfast, an opportunity to eat in Cinderella Castle at Magic Kingdom. This trip was our birthday trip and he was going to be eating at his favorite restaurant one day during our adventure, so he wanted to make sure that I had something that was my own, as well, so I was granted the wish of making reservations for the Fairytale breakfast at Cinderella’s Royal Table! Fasten your seat-belts! We are about to take a Magic Carpet ride to Agrabah – I mean, Broadway!
One of my favorite types of dates with my husband is one that involves a trip into New York City to see a spectacular show. There are so many on my proverbial bucket list to see, but Disney’s Aladdin: The Hit Broadway Musical has been at the top of the list for what seems like forever. So, imagine the surprise when I opened my last gift at Christmas to find an ornament of the world-renowned Genie. This was my husband’s creative way of saying, “You’re going to see Aladdin!!” Continue reading Date with Broadway: A Review of Aladdin: The Hit Broadway Musical
