Our Top Five Footprints in 2016~ A Review of the Blog’s First Year

Last year at this time, I was both recovering from surgery and working on a fresh start for 2016.  Since I was somewhat forced to relax and recuperate, it was the perfect time for me to start doing something I love to do, write, and turn it into something that perhaps could inspire, encourage, motivate or educate others.  It’s been an exciting year in blogging and taking inventory has been humbling. Morimoto Asia ~ A Bucket List Must for the Foodie in You

The redesign of Downtown Disney into the creation of Disney Springs brought an influx of new restaurants to enjoy.  The bucket list for the Disney foodie has grown immensely over the last year and I myself have been salivating on a regular basis as I feverishly read and memorize menu after menu from these new eateries.   One such restaurant on my newly revised bucket list has been Morimoto Asia, which is located at The Landing on Disney Springs.   During a recent, rather quick excursion, down to my favorite place on earth “sans kiddos,” hubby and I decided it was the right time to experience some out of this world Pan-Asian cuisine.
