A Footprints Review: The Epcot International Festival of the Arts

Oh, the color!!  It’s everywhere at Epcot this winter.  For the second year in a row, Epcot is showing its full appreciation for the culinary, performing and visual arts.  From January 12th through February 19th, Guests visiting Walt Disney World can stroll through exhibits filled with exquisite paintings and décor, visit food kitchens showcasing delicious delights, enjoy spectacular entertainment on stage and pavement and sharpen their own skills through various seminars and workshops. Our Top Five Footprints in 2017 ~ A Review of Our Second Year


Wow!  It felt like 2017 came and went faster than a bolt of lightning!  What a year of ups and downs, excitement and adventure this has been.  It honestly feels like a lifetime happened in that one block of fifty-two weeks.  From graduations, celebrating our new college freshman and more disappointment on the job front to taking our first cruise as a family and ending the year with a literal “dream come true” move, I don’t know how we packed it all in. Disney’s The Lion King on Broadway: A Review from the Savanna

For years, I have dreamed of going to New York City to see Disney’s musical production of The Lion King.  It has been on my bucket list for as long as I can remember and knowing that I had a friend in the cast just made the desire to see it even stronger!  After wishing upon a thousand stars or more, my oldest son made that dream come true this April and, as a combined Christmas and birthday gift to me, he bought the two of us tickets to see the production at the Minskoff Theater on Broadway!  I was going to see The Lion King!!!
